I completed my PhD studies at the Medical University of Vienna working with Assoc. Prof. Christian Gruber on bioactive peptides targeting the oxytocin receptor system. I then moved to The University of Queensland to conduct postdoctoral Training with Dr Richard Clark. I am currently a postdoctoral fellow with Prof David Craik and I am interested in the chemical synthesis of complex peptide topologies. I am particularly focused on cyclic and disulfide-stabilized peptides to target G-protein coupled receptors and other pharmacological targets.
