Asmaa Mahmoud
a PhD candidate at the School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences, the University of Queensland (Australia) and an assistant lecturer at Faculty of Pharmacy, Helwan University (Egypt). She received her bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2011) and completed her master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry at the same faculty (2018/2019). The research project she is working on aims to develop safe and efficient self-adjuvanting glycoconjugate vaccine candidates to protect against group A streptococcus.
